I was impressed by Eden Garden Rooms from my first enquiry to them. Emails and phone calls were dealt with promptly and queries answered. A well-timed January offer prompted me to start the process of making the garden room happen. Steve came to do a site visit and supported me in deciding on the size of the room and which features to include. A start date was put in the diary and only had to change by a day or two because of snowy conditions – in March!
Matt and Dave, the main build team, worked incredibly hard to get the build back on track, which they did, and were a delight to have around. The materials had to be taken through the house and they took great care at this time. Other members of the team, electricians, plasterer, site clearance all worked well and arrived at the right time to complete their part of the build.
The rubbish was collected in good time and I was left with a beautiful garden room to enjoy this Spring. The whole process from site visit to completion of the room was two months.
