All our garden office rooms come fitted with high grade insulation as a standard to ensure you stay cosy throughout the winter months. 70mm hard insulation in the walls and 90mm hard insulation in the floor and ceilings.
Can I use my Garden Room or Office throughout the year?
Yes, all our garden room offices come fully insulated to a high standard and include underfloor heating, so they are ideal for chilly winter days. We also offer an upgrade of aircon for added comfort in those hot summer days.
Does a Garden Office Room add value to my property?
Happily, the answer is yes! Not only are they a beautiful way to grow your living space, but a garden room office is much more affordable than building an extension to your property. From order to completion, we usually allow 8 – 12 weeks. The design stage timings depend on whether you are happy to order off-plan, as with our Essence range, or you want something a little more bespoke.
Once on-site we always aim to have your beautiful new garden office room up and running within 10 working days. We make sure that we clear up all our mess afterwards too so that you can start enjoy your fabulous new space from the very minute we leave. Of course, these timings are an estimate and may be slightly longer if you are having something a little more unique or we encounter any surprises on site.
Will my Room Require Ongoing Maintenance?
There is no need to do anything special. Our premium cedar cladding contains natural oils which help protect the wood. The cladding can last 20-25 years with no treatment, however the colour of the cedar will bleach in the sun over time to give your garden room office a greyer tone. You can maintain the richer orange if you wish by applying a treatment once a year. This is a service that we can provide on request.
Can my Garden Office have Multiple Rooms?

We fully understand why you ask. Who doesn’t want to be able to work in comfort and not have to pop to the house every time you need to take a natural break or have a shower after using the gym. It is all absolutely possible but does tend to add significant cost to the project. That said, done in the right way, the use case may well justify the extra investment.
