We understand that no two garden room briefs are the same. From garden dimensions to how the room will be used (and, of course, personal style), we believe that the best approach is to work collaboratively with our customers, so that the end product fits them perfectly. We certainly don’t believe that ‘one-size-fits-all’, which is why our bespoke approach to garden room design sets us apart from the rest.
This beautiful triangular build is a fantastic example of how we have delivered a unique project that is anything but ‘off-the-shelf!’. Our client had a very specific design in mind when they approached us to quote on this project. Having spoken to numerous garden room companies who were unable to adapt to a triangular build, we relished the opportunity to work with our client’s designs and use our knowledge and expertise to bring their vision to life.
Having designed the garden room themselves, and applied for the relevant planning permission, after a few weeks of correspondence following a site visit and submission of our proposals, we were given the green light to book the project in for an early January build.
With such an unusual and unique design comes a slightly more complex build process. With every cut of timber being at an angle, this was a more complicated build than the average eDEN project, but our team rose to the challenge, and as you can see, the outcome was very special.
The main studio space was designed to be used as an office, as well as a peaceful place to practise Pilates. The set of four bi-fold doors allow the room to be opened up onto the wrap-around decking area, transforming it from work space to social area, and allowing it to be multi-functional throughout the seasons.
Inside the garden room, to the right-hand side, we included a toilet room, which our client completed with their own plumbing and bathroom fitting suppliers. The angular build is complimented by two additional windows to the front and a further two small windows at the back, creating a panoramic feel, and the natural cedar wood cladding helps the room to blend beautifully with its surroundings.
